I think I'm going to be writing quite a bit about student loans.

You may care; you may not.

I want to maybe think about writing a book about how ridiculous corrupt the student loan industry is, and relate it, some, to the multiple corruptions of academia, and about how college is held out as a way into a class that no longer exists, indenturing a generation to Sallie Mae.

I probably will not succeed in writing very much, but because blogging has been one of my most prolific mediums, maybe this will help me organize my thoughts and my notes.

I am, at this moment, somewhere near 125,000 in debt.
